Thanx to Jelle Falk. JCM800 1934, Bass 1×15″ 150W 8Ω cabinet. These cabinets were in production from 1983 up to 1986. It fitted with a "specially made Celestion" 15″ 8Ω 150W speaker. This cabinet was primarily meant as an extension cabinet for the 5520 Bass combo. JCM800 1935A, Bass 4×12″ 260W/280W 16Ω angled front cabinet.

#1 I just picked up a Marshall JCM800 Bass for cheap ($900 shipped). I think I want to mod it but I heard some are worth a good bit of money. Mine is a 50 watt with 6550's and verticle inputs. I could do the master volume mod myself. I haven't had a chance to look at the schematic to see if anymore "simple" mods are possible. BSRIAudio

The JCM800 series (Models 2203, 2204, 2205 and 2210) is a line of guitar amplifiers made by Marshall Amplification. The series was introduced in 1981. Although models 1959 and 1987 had been in production since 1965 and the 2203 and 2204 had been in production since 1975, they were redesigned and introduced as JCM800 amplifiers in 1981.

Has been used for bass for years. Brought to a tech for power tube replacement and biasing. Tech offered to buy it, no price was discussed.
